Every Body Tells a Story

No two bodies are the same, and neither are their stories. We use Osteopathic Physical Therapy to listen to the story your body is telling. Every ache, tension, or limitation is a message, not just a problem to mask.

Your body operates as an interconnected four-system network. When even one system is out of sync due to injury, surgery, pain onset, or that familiar “I just woke up this way” feeling, the entire structure is affected. Without addressing this underlying dysfunction, even advanced treatments like PRP, acupuncture, shockwave therapy, or supplements can only provide temporary relief. Through gentle, hands-on techniques, we feel how your muscles, joints, and nerves are working—or not working—together, revealing where imbalance, restriction, or weakness lies.

Ron specializes in a methodology that focuses on restoring natural joint motion, reducing pain, and supporting whole-body recovery. His skills were refined under Norwegian physiotherapist Dr. Bjorn W. Svendsen, a direct student of Dr. Freddy Kaltenborn, a pioneer in orthopaedic medicine and manipulative therapy, one of the founding members of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, whose work laid the foundation for modern osteopathic manual therapy in the United States. He blends this advanced clinical lineage with compassionate, personalized care so patients feel informed, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Ron’s Approach:
The Nordic / Kaltenborn Method

Core Principles

  • Restoring joint motion: Gentle mobilizations improve the small, natural “glides” and movements inside joints that are essential for pain-free motion.

  • Moving in the right direction: Treatment is guided by how each joint is built, ensuring safe and effective results.

  • Gentle to progressive care: Therapy begins with light techniques for pain relief and progresses as your body allows.

  • Personalized assessment: Each joint is carefully evaluated and positioned to make treatment precise and comfortable.
